Skin maintenance between hair-removal appointments
These treatments are performed on the external intimate skin only. They are designed for skin maintenance, congestion and accessible ingrown hairs rather than pigmentation treatment.
Intimate Skin Facial
Gentle cleansing, exfoliation, steam where suitable, accessible ingrown-hair extractions, a soothing treatment mask and finishing care.
Timing matters: book only after redness, heat and tenderness from waxing have fully settled. If skin remains irritated, broken or inflamed, the treatment will be postponed.
Intimate Skin Deep Clean
More time for clients with visible congestion or several accessible ingrowns. May include selected high frequency, gentle suction or LED where suitable after assessment.
Deep cleansing for a hard-to-reach area
Back treatments focus on congestion, blackheads, rough texture and non-infected breakout-prone skin. The treatment is adapted to what the skin actually needs on the day.

A stand-alone body treatment using professional LYCON sugar scrub followed by moisturising body care. Ideal for dry, rough or seasonally dull-feeling body skin and for maintaining a polished, smooth feel between hair-removal appointments.
Not performed immediately before waxing. Book separately so exfoliated skin has time to settle.
Pre-Wax Body Polish | Area Being Waxed
Gentle exfoliating preparation only on a suitable body area being waxed. Not used on facial or intimate skin immediately before waxing.

Contraindications & treatment changes
A consultation is part of treatment selection. A contraindication does not always mean every body-skin service is unsuitable; it may mean a particular modality is omitted, the treatment is modified, or the appointment is postponed.
Active infection, open or broken skin, boils, active herpes, sunburn, significant inflammation, an eczema/psoriasis flare in the treatment area, or skin that is still hot/tender after waxing or another procedure.
High frequency, galvanic and other electrical modalities require additional screening. Pacemakers or implanted electrical devices, some heart or neurological conditions, metal implants and pregnancy may affect suitability. The individual device instructions always apply.
Steam may be reduced or omitted for very heat-sensitive or highly vascular skin, rosacea-prone areas, or respiratory sensitivity. Tell the studio about asthma or reactions to steam/ozone before treatment.
Photosensitising medication or conditions, light-triggered seizure disorders and other device-specific exclusions must be disclosed before LED is used.
Suspicious, changing or undiagnosed lesions are not treated as congestion. Seek appropriate medical assessment before a cosmetic skin service.
