Should I choose waxing or sugaring?
You do not need to decide in advance. Sugaring generally needs at least around 5 mm of hair growth, while professional Lycon and CaronLab waxes can remove hair from around 2 mm. Adina will assess your skin, hair length, density and condition and choose the method most likely to give the best result.
How much hair growth do I need?
For sugaring, aim for at least around 5 mm of growth. Professional waxing can remove hair from around 2 mm. If you are unsure, do not trim or shave before your appointment; leave the hair for Adina to assess.
How do online bookings work?
Available appointments are booked online through Timely and released up to 5 days ahead. Full payment is required when booking. If you cannot see a suitable time, join the Timely waitlist.
What are the Milford studio hours?
Monday to Friday 9:30am–2:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm.
What does the five-week Brazilian price mean?
The regular price applies when your next Brazilian appointment is completed within five weeks. After five weeks, the standard price applies.
Can I book while pregnant?
Yes, when waxing remains suitable and comfortable for you. Positioning and pace are adjusted as needed. Read the pregnancy information page for more detail.
Is the studio private?
Yes. Smooth by Adina Skin is a private Milford studio. Appointment times are arranged with discretion, professional boundaries and suitable space between clients.
Can someone come with me?
Please attend alone and do not bring children or pets. Certified disability assist dogs are welcome.
