Cancellations within 24h incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling within 24h incurs a 25% fee.
After-hours appointments by special arrangement: Cancellations, changes or non-attendance within 12h incur a 100% fee.
Prepayment: Full payment is required to confirm appointments.
Deposits: Non-refundable. May be transferred depending on notice and forfeited for late cancellations, repeated changes or non-attendance.
Late arrivals: Treatments may be shortened, changed or cancelled. If there is not enough time to complete the service, a 50% fee may apply.
Repeated cancellations: Future bookings may require prepayment, be declined or online booking may be blocked.
Health: Do not attend if unwell or contagious.
Conduct: Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
Unpaid invoices: No further bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
