  • Cancellation / rescheduling: 24+ hours has no fee; within 24 hours is 50%; less than 4 hours or No Show is 100%.
  • Appointment confirmation: this form is a request only. Please wait for confirmation and any required payment request before attending.
  • Health: do not attend if unwell, contagious, or if the treatment area develops an active infection, open lesion or significant irritation.
  • Professional conduct: appointments are strictly professional. Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full booked fee applies.
  • Attendance: please attend alone. No children or pets; certified disability assistance dogs are welcome.
  • Under 18: written parent/guardian consent is required before treatment.
  • Privacy: treatment-relevant booking information is used to assess suitability, manage the appointment and maintain required records in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
