Full name and mobile number of the mother or legal guardian must be provided when making a booking. Both child and mother or legal guardian must consent for a beauty treatment to be booked. Beauty Treatment(s) Parental Consent Form must be filled in prior to your under 18 child appointment. Mother or female legal guardian must accompany the child to the appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. In such cases, 50% fee will apply to compensate for our lost time.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. 50% fee will apply for cancelation or any changes within 24 hours.

50% fee will apply for No Show. We reserve the right not to offer further bookings for No Show.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Vouchers should be presented on arrival. If you fail to attend your booked appointment then this will result in a 50% deduction of the service from your Gift Voucher value.
