Women’s after-hours waxing: Weekdays 6:00pm–8:00pm · Sunday 10:00am–8:00pm.30% after-hours fee applies. 48 hours’ notice required. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours and no-shows incur a 50% fee.

- Within 48 hours: Cancellations or rescheduling incur a 50% fee for the booked appointment.
- No-shows: A 50% fee applies. Any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
- Late arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Please contact us if you are delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you may forfeit your deposit.
- Repeated cancellations: Future bookings may require prepayment, be declined or online booking may be blocked.

Booking confirmation
Your cancellation policy applies once the appointment is confirmed.
Please arrive on time
Arriving late reduces your treatment time and may mean your service needs to be shortened, changed or cancelled. Appointments must finish on time so the next client is not kept waiting. A shortened or adjusted service due to late arrival does not reduce the booked price.
Professional conduct only
Sexualised comments, behaviour, gestures, requests or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the treatment will end immediately and the full appointment fee will apply. All intimate waxing appointments are strictly professional.

Waxing & sugaring methodsFor sugaring, we recommend a minimum of around 5 mm hair growth. Our professional Lycon and CaronLab waxes can remove hair from around 2 mm. Your skin, hair length, density and condition are assessed at the appointment, and the most suitable wax or sugar method is chosen for the best result. Pine-free and low-temperature hybrid wax options are available where suitable.
